Tudor.Groza
I am a research assistant at Digital Enterprise Research Institute (DERI) Galway, in the Semantic Information Systems and Language Engineering Group (SmILE). Currently, my focus is on the NEPOMUK project. The goal within this EU founded project is to develop a framework for the Social Semantic Desktop.
My research interests include (besides the social semantic desktop) semantic annotations and the semantic (rhetoric) structure of scientific publications. My research mainly revolves around creating ontologies and viable frameworks for enriching scientific publications with semantic annotations and a semantic structure. Check-out my Semantically Annotated LaTeX (SALT) framework.
In general, I like programming in Java, but currently I'm trying to move slowly towards developing in QT4, KDE4 and NEPOMUK-KDE.
